Current Projects

I am a portfolio artist and work on different freelance projects at the same time. I am currently…

  • Director of Long Stories Short CIC. I coordinate and run weekly writing workshops with Whittington Park Community Association.

  • A Creative Writing Facilitator. I run in person workshops for older adults with Immediate Theatre and young people with MK Lit Fest as well as various other organisations.

  • An Associate Artist at MK Gallery, working on Art and Us MK Gallery’s inclusive practice in the arts programme, designed with and for children aged 5+ with complex support needs and their families.

  • An Associate Artist on Kazzum Arts Creative Wellbeing Programme, in wich migrant young people are encouraged to share their experiences of living in the UK. Together we explore self-expression through games and discussion, develop friendships and English language skills and explore visual arts.

Past Projects

  • Facilitator on Entelechy ArtsWhat Will Survive of Us” project, facilitating workshops around making creative arts legacies at St Christopher’s Hospice in Sydenham, London. (May to July 2024)

  • Project Officer (Manager) on InCommon’s Connect Programme, their flagship intergenerational programme connecting primary age children with their older neighbours in retirement homes. I project managed 6 different schemes across London, both looking after relationships and communications as well as facilitating workshops. (January 2023 to June 2023)

  • Lead Facilitator on London Bubble Theatre’s Tea Break Theatre Programme . Working collaboratively with older adults, we meet share stories, make theatre, dance, listen to music and much more. (September 2019 to August 2022)

  • Associate Artist with Project Phakama, working with dancer Ella Fleetwood on a project called “Constellations”, a movement and multi-art craft workshop offer for migrant women in the community. (September 2021 to September 2022)

  • Daniel Mariño and I produced a creative newsletter for under 5’s and their carers called ‘Playful Hands’. This was distributed via The Happy Baby Community and used in facilitating their mother / baby zoom groups throughout the pandemic. This culminated in the creation of an anthology. (September 2020-March 2022)
